Wakulla County.
     Know all men by these present that I Willis Bratcher and Sarah Bratcher wife of said Willis Bratcher of the County and State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and twenty three and 60/100 dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge, have bargained, sold and conveyed and by these present do bargain, sell, release and convey to John Q. Adams of the County of Wakulla and State aforesaid and to his heir and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the said County of Wakulla and State aforesaid being the North half of the Northeast quarter of section number thirty three in township number two of range number two South and east containing seventy nine acres and 59/100 as per warrant no. 11955 from the record office dated Tallahassee October 2nd 1854.  To have and to hold the same tract or parcel of land to the said John Q. Adams his heirs executors, administrators and assigns forever, and I the said Willis Bratcher and Sarah his wife for ourselves our heirs executors administrators and assigns to the said John Q. Adams his heirs and assigns do forever warrant and defend the plantation of tract of land.
     In witness whereof the said Willis Bratcher and Sarah his wife have hereunto set their hand and seal this twenty second day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five.

     Be it remembered that on the twenty third day of August A. D. 1855 the foregoing instrument of writing was presented at the Clerks office of the Circuit Court for said County for record  The same being duly authenticated by G. G. Holt known to me as an acting Justice of the Peace for said County, I have duly recorded the same.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal of said Court this the day and year above written.
